This is Ducky. He is a jack russell mix with the cutest under bite. We named him Ducky because his front feet turn out like a duck. He is about 2 years old, maybe younger. He is neutered and utd on his vaccines. He is good with other dogs and very playful. He loves tennis balls. We rescued him from the pound in December but we feel he needs to be in a home with at least one other dog that's playful. He would do best in a home without cats and small children because he thinks a anything his size should be chased and played with. He is very sweet and loveable. He is also crate trained. If you think he would make a good addition to your family please contact me

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DUCKY, a Phoenix Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
