Shemp ADOPTED!!'s Story...
I am still pretty afraid of new people so I am going to need some extra TLC while I get used to my new home. Because I am still a bit of a scaredy cat the people at the Haven do not think I should go to a home with young children. I am starting to seek attention from people that I do know and I am quite a funny boy. I have been to the vet and had a big haircut (the lady who cut my hair says I have very soft Shirley Temple curls!) I would love a doggie friend or an owner who would take me to the dog park sometimes because I get along just great with dogs and love to play. Hope I find my new family soon.

If you would like to visit me, you can drop by any day between one and five pm. If you would like to be pre-approved to adopt me you can find an application at www.havenattheinn.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shemp ADOPTED!!, a Antioch Labradoodle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labradoodle for sale in Antioch, or seeking a Labradoodle dog from a breeder in Antioch.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Antioch already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Antioch breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labradoodle breeders who help with Labradoodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Antioch paves the way for another one to be saved.
