My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kona is a Shelter Puppy Dog:
adoption date is 9-15-07 and can be put to sleep any time after the adoption date.
Kona's owner did not have a well fenced yard, Kona kept running off, they wanted to say this about Kona. .

Kona is around 6 months old, is Large/Medium in size, walks on a leash, sits when asked, she appears to be a sweet & loving young lady, alert, pretty well mannered, happy, playful, active and is a special girl that is in need of a family to love. While in our care Kona did well around other dogs and was house trained in our home.

Dawn gave a little test by looking in Kona's mouth, pulling on her ears and tail, holding her paw and giving her a little kiss and hug. Kona appeared to past the test with no problems, she wanted to play and was happy there was someone in her kennel spending time with her. Like all of our shelter dogs, we suggest a well fenced yard for Kona to play and be safe in. We feel she may make a super fun loving family member & companion. If you wish, Kona can be tested around Cats here at the shelter.
