Bear aka Molly's Story...
Bear/Molly - female, domestic long hair

Bear was found in Seaside after Hurricane Sandy. She had been previously spayed and is now up to date on vaccines.

UPDATE 3/21/13: Remember Bear? She was a kitty found in Seaside after the Hurricane. Many of us tried to locate her owners, but we eventually had to put "Bear" up for adoption. She was adopted last month and now needs a NEW home. You see, Bear, re-named "Molly", needs to be the only pet in the home. She is not getting along with the other cats in the current home. Her adopters love her so much though, they are willing to keep her until we find the right family for her. So PLEASE share this sweet girl, who needs to be the only pet in the home. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bear aka Molly, a Jackson Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Jackson, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Jackson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jackson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jackson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jackson paves the way for another one to be saved.
