Onyx's Story...
stray 20th and Sheridan

If you want the queen of the Nile, then Onyx is your gal! She's a sleek, petite, beautiful black cat with a shiny coat. Onyx is also quite the talker. Just about any time you start talking to her, she'll talk right back! Speaking of treats, Onyx LOVES human food! When it comes to affection, Onyx likes having her head scratched. Sometimes, when she's feeling extra cuddly, she'll let you pet her back too! Onyx used to be a cat that no one could touch. Thanks to time and patience, you can now pick her up! Onyx is what you might call a persnickety feline, but we believe that makes her all the more enjoyable and unique! If you can look past her sometimes rough exterior, we are positive you'll see the beautiful Cleopatra she was meant to be! Onyx is part of the trial adoption program ask the staff for details!
