Buddy's Story...
Buddy was found roaming around on the street. He is being temporarily fostered by the people who found him. They tried everything to find his previous owners. They put out flyers in the neighborhood, vets offices and stores. They ran ads and no one has come forward for him. We are pretty sure Buddy had previous owners at one time because he is an extremely well behaved dog. He is big but he loves to cuddle. He is a mellow guy and does well with other dogs and cats. We have gotten Buddy neutered and gave him a rabies shot. He is current on all of his vaccines and also comes with a micro chip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a Phoenix Belgian Shepherd/Rhodesian Ridgeback dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Belgian Shepherd/Rhodesian Ridgeback for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Belgian Shepherd/Rhodesian Ridgeback dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Belgian Shepherd/Rhodesian Ridgeback breeders who help with Belgian Shepherd/Rhodesian Ridgeback rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
