Roxy's Story...
Roxy is a Terrier mix girl. She is about 6 to 7 yrs. old. She is housetrained, very sweet, lovable and affectionate. And she loves to watch "Animal Planet" when they are showing kittens, Roxy stares at the screen and moves her head to both sides, wish I could take a video of her. At my house I had some rescued kittens and Roxy wanted to be their foster mother, she went right in their pet carrier and started licking and taking care of them. And when she was not with them, she laid by the pet carrier at full attention. Roxy is just a tad overweight, when I got her she weighed 24 or 25 lbs. and she now weighs 21 lbs. Roxy is going to be a great companion for the family that adopts her. When filling out the adoption application please go into detail.

I ADORE & LOVE Roxy and I can not help but want the best home for her. She will be your constant companion. Roxy's coat does shed. Adoption 390.00

The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers.

After you submit your application please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not meet he/she will be adopted to that home.

Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.
