Ava's Story...
Ava is 4-5 month old very relaxed and low key pittie MIX puppy. Since she was surrendered at the shelter, we do not know what she is mixed with but it appears to be a lean smaller breed. She is very sweet and loves to be held and cuddled. Ava is crate trained and potty trained. She gets along great with dogs, cats and kids. She can walk on a leash, knows sit and is very food motivated. We are taking her on outings and socializing her, she loves to go new places and seems fearless. To meet/adopt Ava, please go to the ADOPTABLE DOGS page on www.pitifulpups.com and fill out an application. Her adoption fee is $250 and includes 2 sets of shots, neuter, microchip and starting on HW preventative. For more information you may call 407-476-6364.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ava, a Orlando American Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Orlando, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Orlando.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orlando already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orlando breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orlando paves the way for another one to be saved.
