Wego's Story...
Hi!!! I'm Wego! I'm a spirited little guy who was born in November, 2012. I came to Happily Ever After in March, 2012 because my puppy energy was a wee bit too much for my owners. While I do have lots of energy, I'm also very smart! I already know how to "sit" and "lay down", and am so excited to be able to learn lots of other new and fun tricks for the rest of my life! I also love to play games, catch balls, and give lots and lots of kisses to anyone who will let me! I'm a really fun little man with a lovely disposition, and would make a wonderful addition to a loving home! If you're looking for an active companion to accompany you on all of life's adventures, then I'm your guy! Hope to meet ya soon! Hugs and kisses, Wego

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wego, a Green Bay Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in Green Bay, or seeking a Border Collie dog from a breeder in Green Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Green Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Green Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Green Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
