Hi my name is Charlie and ACT says I'm one BEAUTIFUL boy and they said I'm so fun to have around. All you have to do is call me and I’ll come running. I'm very friendly and outgoing and I don’t have one mean bone in my body. I love to explore, hang out and play with my other doggie friends; in fact I would love it if I had another doggie friend to play with. :) I know how to use a doggie door and I have very good house manners. :) I sleep all through the night and never make a sound. I am not food aggressive and I hear that's a good thing! I know there has to be lab in me somewhere because I LOVE to cool off and play in the water...so it would be so much fun if I had a pond, kiddie pool or something to splash around in…or go on beach or mountain trips with you. :) I also think it would be super fun to be your walking or running partner. Oh and I looove to go for car rides and I'm always ready to go.
I love being with my family and will sit next to you wherever you are. The ladies at ACT tell me I'm very loyal and would make the perfect companion. :) They tell me all the time that I’m a smart boy so I must be doing something right. I know I sure try. I hope you consider giving me a forever home so I can be your best friend for life. :)
If you have any questions or would like to meet me just send an e-mail to Brenda at firstname.lastname@example.org or call her at 559-704-5894. She would love to talk to you. :)

Rescue Group Info...
The vision for ACT has been brewing in the minds of the Animal Compassion Team founders for many years. The paths we have walked have prepared us and tested our determination through hard work, buckets of tears, mountains of fecal matter (a favorite topic of discussion amongst animal rescuers), and more then our fair share of discouragement and heartbreak. Having said that, why would we choose to dive in deeper? For the love of the animals we serve. It is just that simple. Dogs, cats, and other wonderful animals are dying in huge numbers daily. We hope to help change that. In August of 2009 we became a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation with the state of California and the Federal Government. It was, and continues to be, a huge leap of faith for all of us who already feel overwhelmed by the work we are doing but we believe this is the time....this is what we have all been preparing for. One life saved makes all the effort and emotional investment worthwhile. This is going to be an exciting journey and we hope to post MANY happy endings. New animals arrive daily......stay tuned .....we have only just begun!
Our Mission Statement:
