Foxy Mario's Story...
Foxy Mario is one of the cutest little dog you'll ever meet! Foxy's life didn't start out so great. He was taken in by a woman who wanted to help him find a good home but couldn't keep him herself. He lived in her back yard for about a year until we were notified of the situation and went and got him. Foxy now lives in a foster home with kids and other dogs and absolutely loves everyone he meets. The kids he lives with even gave him his great new name! Foxy is still young, only about 2 and weighs about 15 pounds. He is not house broken yet and is going to need an active home with a fenced in yard who will stay on top of him and continue training. Foxy has learned basic commands and walks nicely on a leash. He loves to sit in your lap and snuggle and is a great kisser! Foxy also loves playing with toys and meeting new people at adoption events - this little guy is a ham! Please contact us today if you think Foxy Mario could be a good fit for your family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Foxy Mario, a Medford Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Medford, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Medford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Medford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Medford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Medford paves the way for another one to be saved.
