Belle's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Belle's Story...
Are you looking for an instant fur family? Belle and her sister Jasmine were raised together and are the cutest little chihuahua girls we've fostered lately. They are slow to warm up to men but, as you can see, come around quickly. They absolutely LOVE one another but are not crazy about other dogs or cats. They're comfortable with older children, preferably over the age of 12.

Sadie's Rescue dogs may never be chained or tethered outside. We do not offer adoption to ‘outdoor only’ homes, so please inquire only if you are comfortable allowing this sweetheart to live inside your home. All adults in the family must be aware of and agree to the adoption. Applications/contracts are required for all Sadie’s Rescue adoptions. Home visits and follow up contact may be requested. All Sadie's dogs are tested for heartworms, up to date on vaccines and altered prior to adoption. Sadie’s adoption fees start at $140 per dog. Adoption fees help cover the cost of spay and neuter, vaccines and foster care. For more information, please email or call with your contact information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Belle, a San Angelo Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in San Angelo, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in San Angelo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Angelo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Angelo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Angelo paves the way for another one to be saved.
