Carmel's Story...
Carmel is a year old Rottie cross and she is a lovable cuddly girl. Carmel received her name from her sweet nature and her desire to always be stickng by her person. She totally loves people and she is quite sure she is a 70lb lap dog. She is good with other dogs and we are not sure yet how she is with cats. Carmel is learning all sorts of new things about house manners and is working on her house training and leash walking too. She is a very happy girl who only wants some attention and wants to give you some love. New pictures and more information will be coming soon as we get to know her. Carmel has just arrived at New Hope so she will be ready to be adopted once she has her vet visit and is spayed. If you are interested in a big, cuddly lovable girl then Carmel is the dog for you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Carmel, a Saskatoon Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Saskatoon, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Saskatoon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Saskatoon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Saskatoon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Saskatoon paves the way for another one to be saved.
