Fred's Story...
http://www.valleydogs.org/fred.html -- Hi I am Fred. I was found as a stray, so a lot about my past is unknown. I love to be outside and I like to chase balls. I like to have my belly rubbed. I like to sleep in bed with my foster mom. I like to go for car rides and treats. I know how to use a dog door but I do have an occasional accident. I am crate trained.

Come check me out. Sweet and great with other dogs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fred, a Gilbert Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Pug for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Pug dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Pug breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
