COURTESY LISTING: CONTACT: 937-344-2169

Max's owner lost his home, so Max is being cared for by his "aunt". She lives in a city that doesn't allow pitbulls, so he needs a home ASAP. He is crate trained, he walks very well on a leash, he is 95% potty trained. He is a good listener and does very well with kids. Max has proven to be great with other dogs, and even likes cats. Great with everyone! He is calm most of the time - likes hang out next to his "aunt", unless the kids want to play, then he is a kid too. :) He is neutered, up to date on vaccines.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max (Courtesy Listing), a Cleveland American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Cleveland, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Cleveland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cleveland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cleveland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cleveland paves the way for another one to be saved.
