Maxwell's Story...
Hi my name is Maxwell!! and I am TWO year old beautiful 50 pound white male Siberian Husky with piercing blue eyes that light up when people come in room

I am very sweet. When people come near me I just play bow and love to jump and get hugs which apparently is nice because I am all white and fluffy and feel good :-)

I would like nothing better then to be in a home with a backyard as I am not fond having a leash put around my neck as for some reason it scares me. My foster mom has been working on that and can walk me awhile, but prefer to just have run of a backyard and also I don't like crates

My rescue thinks something happened me when I was a pup, but thats okay because I know someone is out there with a nice backyard and maybe a friend for me to play with Did I mention I love tossing a ball or my favorite duck around :-)

I love other dogs and very submissive, and ignore cats, and I am just the happiest, fun loving dog with not a mean bone in my fluffy body. Just a pup at heart

Neutered with all up to date shots

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maxwell, a Long Beach Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
