Murphy's Story...
My name is Murphy and I love people! Im housebroken and VERY well behaved. I dont bark or jump. They keep saying they are going to change my name to Eeyore cause of my laid back attitude. I dont have to be crated cause Im not destructive at all. I live with other dogs now but Im not huge into playing with them. I'd rather lay in your lap on the couch more than anything! I promise, I am the easist dog youll ever meet! Come see me and you'll see how grate I am. If you are looking for a really easy low maintenance dog, Im your guy! Email info@forrescue.net to meet me! Murphy is being fostered in Huntsville, AL

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Murphy, a Marietta Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
