in a Foster Home
Age: ~4-5 yrs. Weight: ~60 lbs.
Julie is a beautiful dog with sweet eyes. She suffers from some joint pain but has shown improvement with a daily dose of glucosamine. Julie is not appropriate for families with children and would do best in a home with no other pets or only one other calm dog. The ideal adopter for Julie is the person who can read her body language and accept that she sometimes needs space. But Julie has great moments too when she enjoys giving and receiving affection. UPDATE: Julie's joint pain has decreased significantly with the daily glucosamine which has resulted in a happier, friendlier Julie!
Julie has also graduated from Green River Correctional Facility where the inmates have taught her manners, obedience, and more...!
She has had a rabies shot, 7-way shot, bordetella, and been wormed. She is spayed and heartworm negative.
Our adoption fee is $130.00 and it helps to cover a portion of the dog's vetting costs. The adoption process includes the completion of an application followed by an interview.
