Jackson (Jax)'s Story...
I am a very friendly 5 year old Beagle! I love to play with my blankets and even though I am big, I still love to snuggle. It will take me about a week to get comfortable in your home but eventually you will see my true colors. Sometimes I get in to the trash. I don't bay or howl but I love to bark at garbage trucks and motorcycles when I'm in the car. Once I get settled in and comfortable in your home, I'm protective over my family. I'm not like most Beagles, I take my time to eat my food and I love to sleep. I'm very good outside of a kennel when you leave and I get so excited when you come home! I'm pretty good around children and I love playing with other dogs. Please give me a chance to be part of your family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jackson (Jax), a Phoenix Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
