My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Simba, a big, purebred Boxer, was found as a stray just strolling around waiting for someone to notice him and save him. He was noticed, but by animal control who took sweet Simba to the shelter. Simba had a roommate at the shelter who decided that he would not share his space with this gentle soul and attacked him. The shelter then gave Simba another roommate who helped Simba start to settle into shelter life.

The shelter volunteers started to take Simba out for walks and had him hang out in the cat room chilling with the cats. He was fine and loved his time with them and all of the volunteers. The volunteers reached out to Take Me Home to save this 70 pound love bug!

Simba is around two years young, healthy, and you can just see it in his eyes that he is so desperately looking for his forever home. If you are looking for a best friend, a dog who will be so forever grateful to you, please ask to meet Simba.
