Buck's Info...

Buck's Story...
Buck was found by animal control chained to a tree in the woods of North Carolina with 3 other dogs. The chain was so heavy that the officers had to go and buy a larger bolt cutter just to free them. Judging by how emaciated they were they had been there a while. Poor buck was also heartworm positive. He has since completed his heartworm treatments & has gained a whopping 35 Lbs!! He is ready for his forever home! He has nothing but love to give & has a very calm demeanor. He enjoys going for walks & truly loves kids. He is always good for a doggie kiss as well! You will not be disappointed with this wigglebutt! To inquire about Buck, please contact us at blackdogallbreedrescue@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buck, a Glenview Boxer/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/American Bulldog for sale in Glenview, or seeking a Boxer/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Glenview.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glenview already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glenview breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/American Bulldog breeders who help with Boxer/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glenview paves the way for another one to be saved.
