Mr. Sunshine's Story...
Introducing Mr. Sunshine: an exuberant 8 yr young boy who loves his car rides, walks and lovin’. His way is the right way so a good knowledge of the breed , treats in your pocket, lots of exercise and some additional training will go a long way in making this beautiful boy a great addition to your family. He would do best in a home with people around the majority of the time keeping his crating to a minimum. He is an only dog who needs a secure cyclone fence or supervision outside because of his superpower climbing ability. He shows a little much too much interest in the feline four leggeds and would use a person under five feet as a bowling pin without meaning any harm so no cats or youngsters of the human variety.

$175 adoption fee applies. All of our adoptions start with a 30-day trial and if it's not a good fit during that time we refund 75% of the adoption fee.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mr. Sunshine, a Seahurst Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Seahurst, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Seahurst.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seahurst already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seahurst breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seahurst paves the way for another one to be saved.
