Frankie's Story...
Frankie is an endearing 2 year old mixed-breed (our best guess is a Cattle Dog, possibly Shepherd mix - based on the look of her Mom, with possibly some Pit in her mix as well), but she's definitely 100% cute. Frankie has the most expressive ears that will always bring a smile to your face! She does well with other dogs and loves to cuddle with her humans. We haven't had her around cats, so we're unsure about how she feels about them. She does display fear with some men, but we're working on that and since she's so food-motivated, she's learning quickly! She's crate-trained, but also not destructive at all so probably doesn't need to be crated. She's just a wonderfully sweet girl!

$225 adoption fee applies. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. We also have a 30-day trial period and if it's not a good fit during that period, we will refund 75% of your adoption fee.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frankie, a Seahurst Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cattle Dog for sale in Seahurst, or seeking a Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Seahurst.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seahurst already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seahurst breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cattle Dog breeders who help with Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seahurst paves the way for another one to be saved.
