Bolt's Story...
** Available Now Owner Surrender ** My name is Bolt and they say I'm a real sweet boy! I love to be by my person's side. I walk good on the leash and I try hard to be a well behaved boy. My owner surrendered me because a neighbor shot my sister-dog and they were afraid I would get shot too. We liked to dig under the fence and run around because our owner left us outside all day long and we would get bored. I'd love a home where I can stay inside with my family, not in the backyard all the time!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bolt, a McKinney Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever for sale in McKinney, or seeking a Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in McKinney.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in McKinney already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a McKinney breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in McKinney paves the way for another one to be saved.
