Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am up to date with shots and good with dogs.
Please send inquiries to this email address and not the general info email.
Meet the Apple Gang! These four puppies were left in the yard of our MO foster mom's house in some sort of basket that resembled what one would use to go apple picking with.
Cameo is one of the three females of the litter.
These four pups are about 4 months old (as of 4/15/13) and are believed the be spaniel mixes. They are all about 20-25 pounds. They are typical happy, social puppies and keep their current foster mom in stitches with their antics. Just the BEST temperaments! They will probably be medium sized dogs at adulthood.
The pups have received enough vaccines to travel and are ready for a family of their own. It is a great time of year to adopt a puppy!
Please consider giving one (or two?) of these precious pups a loving home they so deserve.
Thank you for your interest in a rescue dog. They are the best!
Interested in adopting this fantastic canine? Please visit our website and complete an online application – we respond to applications MUCH QUICKER than we do email inquiries which are quite difficult at times given the number that we receive – don’t miss out on this dog – complete an application -http://www.pawsnewengland.com/adoption-form/
An application does not mean you are required to adopt – it just lets us know you are seriously considering this dog for adoption.
QUARANTINE: Paws New England participates and abides by the quarantine rules and regulations set forth in the states of NH, MA, CT, RI. Please note: Additional Quarantine fees may apply that are not included in adoption donation.
UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, ALL OF OUR DOGS ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF RHODE ISLAND BOARDED EITHER PRIVATE FOSTER HOMES OR TRAINING FACILITIES. If a dog is listed as "local", he /she is at one of our foster homes in New England.
These puppies are not yet spayed/neutered and adopted will be required to sign a Spay/Neuter Contract that will be strictly enforced, refusal to comply will result in dog being returned to Paws New England. Paws NE has several options to assist adopters with costs related to procedure to be included in adoption information.
We are often asked, ""Why would you charge ""so much"" for a rescue pet? Why not just place it in a good home?" The answer is because we need adopters who are willing to support ALL rescue pets, not just the dog they adopt. A young, healthy dog might cost us $150-400 in discounted vet care, and many people will want to adopt it; an older dog with health issues can easily cost $500-1500 in veterinary expenses, and it may require months of foster care for rehabilitation yet we can only ask a minimal adoption fee, and it may be a long time until anyone comes forward to adopt him/her. Fees from the younger, more adoptable dogs help offset the cost of caring for the others.
