Ace's Story...
Meet Ace! He is a 11 month old pit mix. Ace is friendly with people but is in need of basic manner training. He is a good boy who loves to carry his toys with him.

Ace was born with deformed front legs and will need a home where his special needs can be met. Because of his deformity, we recommend no small children and other dogs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ace, a Shippenville American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Shippenville, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Shippenville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Shippenville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Shippenville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Shippenville paves the way for another one to be saved.
