Misty's Story...
This girl was rescued when a man from a local Rita's ice spotted some children in a park kicking her. They'd kick her and call her back for more. Sadly this friendly girl would return. Not only would she return, she rolled on her back for belly rubs! The man immediately ran to her side. He picked her up and took her into the employee bathroom. She was such a love. He called around and found us (SARA) to take her. He wished he could have but he has pitbulls at home. When we arrived we found a wonderful and beautiful girl waiting to be loved. We took her to the vet immediately and she was fixed, up dated on shots and tested negative for FIV/FELV. She has a belly so someone had cared for her at one time. But now she needs a new home to love and love her. If interested, this girl is guestimated to be about 3. (She also fit into the foster home like a glove, got along with the other cats and dog no issue). Please contact '' for an application or for any questions. A gorgeous tabby and white with white mittens and chest.

Misty, a Berkeley Hts Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Berkeley Hts, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Berkeley Hts.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berkeley Hts already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berkeley Hts breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berkeley Hts paves the way for another one to be saved.
