Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Howdy! Sassy here. I beat the redline several times during my stay at Clayton County last summer, but finally ran out of time. On the eve of my put-to-sleep day, some of the volunteers at the Georgia Jacks Facebook page rallied together, pulled me and brought me to this rescue. I stayed here for a little while before a wonderful family agreed to foster me. I love my foster family and they love me, but they already have a lot of dogs of their own. I need a permanent home to call my own.
I’m a young but mellow girl, house-trained and quiet for the most part. Being here with this pack has taught me to share and get along with not only other dogs but cats and chickens as well! I do love attention from humans, though, so I would probably do best in a home with a smaller pack – maybe just me or one other dog. I will do just about anything for treat, am easily trained and don’t even mind it when people mess with my nails.
My original listing said I was a “small JRT mix,” but I am really about 25 lbs and, well, not a lot of JRT. I am, however, a little mix of everything wonderful.
