Beethoven (REDUCED)'s Story...
Beethoven is very sweet. He has been abused in the past so he cowers down really close to the ground when someone comes around him suddenly. So, he is very shy and hesitant just until he knows you. However, once he knows you he wags up and "smiles". He was not used to being an inside dog. He had to be coaxed to come in (the first time I had to carry him in). He adjusted quite well and decided that inside was a pretty good place to be! He is not aggressive towards other dogs - quite the opposite. He plays great with other dogs. As
non-aggressive as he is with dogs he is not the same with cats. He chases cats and we feel he needs to be in a cat free home. Beethoven is a sweet pup that has a lot of love to give if you will be patient with him while he adjusts! He is housetrained :) He wants so badly to be loved and yet he just does not know what that means - he will have to be taught what it is to be loved.
