I am already neutered, a special needs pet, and good with cats.
Hi there, I'm FRANKIE, a most Affectionate, Loving, TABBY & WHITE Kitty (NEUTERED male) with Special Needs! I'm about 6 yrs old, and have such an easygoing, laidback, and loving personality. I'm a professional head butter, love my belly rubs, and enjoy playing with Da Bird toy. I get along famously with other kitties, and have been a wonderful father figure for my foster kittens. I had a rough start in life, and was dumped by my previous owner near a wherehouse, where I ran into a kind person who took me to the vet.
I have had a drippy right eye since then, and the vet said its likely herpes. As such, my eye needs to be wiped daily, and I take a daily supplement of l-lysine to keep me healthy. I go to the vet for flare ups. I also had urine crystals recently, and am on a vet diet of Royal Canin S/O for optimal health. I'm a healthy eater, use my litterbox like a champ, and am super social, friendly, and get along well with people and cats.
Will you be my second chance? I'm seeking a retirement home, where I can be happy, safe, and worry free for the rest of my 9 lives. You won't find a sweeter, gentler, easygoing kitty than me, Frankie! I'm good with cats, but am happy as a solo kitty too.
Furrever Grateful Rescue is a small, volunteer run 501c(3) non-profit animal rescue group based in LA and Orange County We rescue homeless pets off the streets-- cats and dogs who have been abandoned, neglected, or were living as strays and somehow found their way to us. We also rescue pets from high kill shelters in LA County and LA City who are scheduled for euthanasia on their last day.
Because we do not have a shelter, each of our pets are fostered indoors where they are tested around other animals, litterbox trained, and become fully accustomed to living in a home before adoption. Our goal is t provide top-notch personalized care for each petwe rescue. We spend quality time with each pet to get to know their individual personalities, habits, and preferences which in turn, allows us to make the best furrever home match for years to come. Also, we are committed to providing full vet services for all rescued pets which are included in their adoption donation.
