Tank *courtesy post*'s Story...
Tank is a 6 year old american bulldog. He is currently living with kids and dogs and chickens. He would do best in a quiet home. He does have some food allergies so he needs to be on a structured diet. He also has a small food issue with other dogs but with the right experienced owner he will do fine with another dog. When i visited tank approached me in a friendly manner and loved the attention i gave him. seems very friendly and well mannered. Tank is in maine and looking for a new home, his owners health is deteriorating and they are forced to rehome tank.

Tank is neutered and current.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tank *courtesy post*, a Hollis American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog for sale in Hollis, or seeking a American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Hollis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hollis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hollis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog breeders who help with American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hollis paves the way for another one to be saved.
