Mack's Story...
Mack - Beautiful Female Lab Mix looking for her Forever Home!

Prepare for the Mack attack of kisses! This sweet girl has never met a stranger, she greets all new comers with a wagging tail and slobbery kisses. Mack is a mix of many wonderful things, labrador retriever being one of them. She is just a baby at 8-weeks old and approximately 7lbs and growing. She has large paws so we suspect she will grow to be a good sized adult. Mack is doing very well with the house and crate training as well as learning proper puppy manners. She loves belly rubs and playing with stuffed toys! She gets along well with other dogs and is very people orientated. She will be your shadow and follow you everywhere! She is playful and energetic like most puppies and will need a dedicated owner who will continue her training. Mack would be a wonderful addition to any family! Mack is currently up-to-date on vaccinations and is being fostered in Silver Spring, MD.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mack, a Frederick Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Frederick, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Frederick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Frederick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Frederick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Frederick paves the way for another one to be saved.
