Opie's Story...
Opie is a 1-2 year old wired terrier he is about 23 pounds.

Opie is the sweetest dog you could meet. He loves people and loves his belly rubs. He does fine with dogs, cats, and kids. Opie has spent alot of his life outside and is doing well to adjusting to a new inside life. He has an old injury on his foot so he tends to limp a little sometimes. He is also missing a tooth. He is one of those dogs you wish could talk so they could tell you their life story.

Opie loves to go for car rides, walks great on a leash, and listens very well. Opie likes to chase the ball and play he also likes to just hang out and chew his chewie. Opie does not seem like a barker.

Opies adoption fee includes neuter, vaccinations, rabies, bordetella, fecal and 4dx test, deworming, advantix multi, health certificate and professional transport to maine.

Please fill out an application on our website if you are interested in meeting Opie.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Opie, a Hollis Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Hollis, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Hollis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hollis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hollis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hollis paves the way for another one to be saved.
