Indie's Story...
Meet Indie!

Indie is an approximately 1.5-year-old Pit Bull mix (possibly crossed with a chocolate lab) and about 55 pounds.

This girl is awesome! Great with people, super gentle and absolutely sweet to the core. She should be ok with kids, and also OK with other dogs.

She was used for breeding and does have tummy-stretch as a result. This will most likely never completely return to normal, but it does not impact her negatively at all! It is purely aesthetic.

Do you have room for this amazing girl? Let us know!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Indie, a Pitt Meadows American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in Pitt Meadows, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Pitt Meadows.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pitt Meadows already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pitt Meadows breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pitt Meadows paves the way for another one to be saved.
