When I first came to MaxFund, I went to a foster home with my kittens. When I was in the home, I would sit with the family in the living room while they watched TV. I didn't go close to them, but I liked being included with the crew (they had other cats too). I also liked roaming the house. Toward the end of my stay, I was sleeping with the couple, but I always made sure I got up before they did. I would sleep on the woman's stomach or against her leg. Unfortunately, once my kittens were old enough to survive on their own, I was brought to MaxFund to find my forever home. My kittens got adopted, so it was my turn. I then got adopted but I am shy and didn't match what the person wanted in a cat I guess. So I got returned. I'm now back at MaxFund waiting for you to come get me. Please come soon!
I am a pretty shy and timid girl. Although I never initiate the petting, I don't mind if you pet me. Of course, I ask that you please go slowly with me and let me get to know you. Then when I trust you and know you're safe, I let you pet me. I must say that I have made progress while being at MaxFund though. When I first came here, I was really scared. Now, you can pet me. I think in a loving home, I will really blossom! I was only in my foster home for a short amount of time, and I was already sleeping on the bed. Just imagine how much progress I'll make when I'm in a patient and loving home for more than a few weeks!
How about it? Will you please take me home and let me blossom into the cat I know I can be? I just need someone who is patient and loving and understands me. What do you say? Want to give me a chance? I hope so!!
