Mango is on stellar dog! He is one of the absolute favorites among our volunteers and all that have had the pleasure of meeting this handsome boy. Here are just a few of his rave reviews:
"Today was my first time meeting wonderful Mango. He is one big goofball who has lots of love to give. He has a lot of energy, so would be perfect in a family with bigger kids or with parents who were very active and outdoorsy. He absolutely loves and expects belly rubs often. He rides in the car nicely. He thinks he is a lap dog and wanted to lie right on my lap and legs constantly. He seems to like all dogs of all sizes. He was playing the 2 French bulldogs that came into PetClub. Even though they were much smaller than he was- everyone had a very good time and it was very, very cute!! I don't expect that we will have Mango for very long-as he is an awesome fun dog. I really enjoyed my time with him today!
Mango is so sweet – a real love bug. He enjoys giving hugs and using you as lap mat. He relishes his time walking, and ranks among champions in walking skills. Mango delights in belly rubs and will reward you with big kisses with his big tongue! He is very intelligent and knows basic commands such as sit and stay. He is very food driven and loves his dried liver snacks; so much so that Mango will literally jump through hoops for a treat. Mango has an abundance of personality and aspires to be the family comedian. His tail never stops wagging and is a jolly and joyful boy. He will make an excellent addition to a fun-loving, energetic and loving family.
Mango is great on a leash, understands basic commands, (sit, heel, stay). He loves being touched and to feel you next to him. He is a joy to be with and a bit of a clown. This is one heck of a dog, such a well-tempered dog. Mango is going to make a great family member."
As you can see Mango is such a great dog! He is looking for an active home with daily walks/jogs, weekend hikes and playtime at the dog park. Another canine friend would be great too.
