Felix's Story...
Felix is a two-year-old Tennessee Walker (treeing walker) hound who made his way north to find a loving New England family that could love and care for him. Felix came into ACAR after he was pulled by a volunteer from a Southern shelter that has a very high destruction rate. Felix is awonderful very well mannered boy who knows basic commands, is leash trained, crate trained and most importantly, he is house trained. This sweet affectionate boy will do well in any family setting, including other dogs and cats. Felix is a high energy boy so would like a family that has a fenced yard or has the time to take him on multiple walks daily.

Felix has been neutered, vaccinations are current and he has passed his wellness exam and is so looking to you for a new loving family to call his very own. If you have been thinking that this is the time to get a wonderful young family dog for yourself or as a new family member for the entire family, Felix would like you to consider all his fine qualities. Felix will be waiting to meet you, please stop by the adoption center or file an application on line with Felix's name on it.
