Ann Wilson's Story...
Ann and her siblings were discovered by rescuers in a high kill facility. The pups were very fragile but still had to stay for 3 days on a mandatory stray hold. Rescuers checked on them daily and we hoped that they would survive long enough to be pulled.
On the day their stray hold was up they were pulled and rushed to the vet for assessment. We decided to name them after strong, musical women for luck!! They were treated for worms and sent home with a nurturing loving foster who set an alarm to go off every two hours around the clock so that she could feed them on schedule. It was no time before they went from surviving to thriving.
Now Ann and her sisters are all healthy and happy and ready to find their forever families. Could beautiful Ann be just the family member you are looking for?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ann Wilson, a Jackson Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Jackson, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Jackson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jackson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jackson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jackson paves the way for another one to be saved.
