Theo arrived from a kill shelter in Louisiana 8 months ago. The LA shelter where he was destined to die was overrun with strays. Unfortunately, instead of a more commonly used and humane form of euthanasia, the shelter planned to kill the dogs via a gas chamber. That's when ARF stepped in and saved Theo and several others. Theo is a sweet, small-sized lab mix(~25 pounds), with a cute grey check and a few white toes. Although he does have some pent up energy and can be very excitable when he gets out of his run, he calms down tremendously after a nice walk and enjoys both people and being on a leash. Another classic example of a dog overlooked because of his color, Theo is just searching for the perfect ending to his already good story. Remember ARF saved him from death row..... you can give him a good family and a nice home.
