Lil Miss was a featured dog at the recent Pawsway's Rescue Me Event in Toronto and was a hit with everyone. She is a lovely little dog with an endearing personality. She is very friendly with people of all ages, loves other dogs and is fine with cats. She is very affectionate, extremely loyal and wants nothing more than to please her people. She looks bigger than her 9 lbs but it just the beautiful coat she wears. Lil Miss is approximately 2 - 3 years old.

Lil Miss (Missy) is a total companion and loves to be with people. Her favourite thing is to be sitting in someone's lap. She is very affectionate with everyone and wins people over in seconds with her sweet nature. She loves to be held and cuddled but is just fine to amuse herself when you don't have time for her. She enjoys playing with squeaky toys and likes having her own little bed for afternoon naps or lying at your feet. At night she loves to sleep with you and is very good about lying down and just going to sleep.
This little girl is just amazing in almost every way. She is house trained and can be left on her own with no issues. She doesn't get up on the furniture or your lap without being invited. She likes to do a little dance for treats but does know sit. She likes to go wherever you go and enjoys a daily walk although she does get enough exercise running and playing in the house. She doesn't like to be outside on her own for very long and will want to return to the house as soon as she does her business. She is very quick about it though which is good. She will bark when someone comes to the door but stops once they are inside and give her a pet. She is not shy at all and likes affection from anyone. She has an endearing way of hugging you and lying her head on you when she wants to be picked up. She does like to talk to you when she wants something.
She has a very luxurious coat and is very good about getting brushed. It is obvious that she is used to being groomed and bathed as she stands politely in the bath and never complains even when she has a snag in her coat (which isn't often if you give her a quick brush now and then). Her coat is very silky so it doesn't matt easily which is great. She always looks lovely and just a shake and all her hair is back in place.
She is also very playful and loves to play with other dogs. She likes tug of war, fetch (but doesn't always bring it back to you but loves you to throw it for her) and beating up on her squeaky toys. She has a gorgeous smile when she is happy and is really just a little buddy that is there for you when you want her and can leave you alone to do your thing when you don't. She does like to be near you though and will follow you if you leave the room to see what you are up to.
Lil Miss is just a darling little dog. Whoever adopts her is going to be very lucky. She is a perfect little companion - loves to be with you but can also amuse herself. She lies quietly at my feet while I am working on my computer and when I go to relax and watch a bit of tv she will come and sit quietly until you invite her to join you. If you don't invite her up, she will just go lie down in her bed or continue playing with her toys.
