My name is Harvinder (Harvey)!

Chihuahua Dog for adoption in Woodstock, Ontario - Harvinder (Harvey)

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Harvinder (Harvey)'s Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Harvinder (Harvey)'s Story...
Harvinder was found wandering around a busy street. When he was found, his nails had grown so long they were curled all the way under, he had dangerously clogged anal glands, and had a swollen muzzle and soreness due to allergies.

We are working to identify Harvey's allergens, but he will need to be on corn free, wheat free chicken free food (there are many to choose from!), and I would suggest using natural cleaners etc in the home.

Harvey needs structure, and someone who will not let him away with possessive behaviour.
He likes hanging around on the back of the couch, and is great in the car!!!

Harvey will be neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested and dewormed. Mircochip $25.00 extra.
Adoption fee: $325.00 to help us cover his extra veterinary expenses.

Please contact us if you think you can provide Harvey with the structured, loving home that he needs to be a happy boy!!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harvinder (Harvey), a Woodstock Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Woodstock, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Woodstock.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodstock already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodstock breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodstock paves the way for another one to be saved.
