DUDLEY's Story...
DUDLEY

Dudley (A19697682) is an adorable 2-3 year old neutered male Beagle who was brought to ACCT by someone after they saw him tossed out from a car. He’s very much unharmed and very much an affectionate kind-of guy! He’s a pumpkin-shaped boy, and at 46 pounds, he could certainly afford to drop a few, and is eager to go out for walks, making exercise, well…a walk in the park! He loves getting attention, and especially melts when getting his butt scratched! Will you help him out?

Act quickly to adopt DUDLEY. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DUDLEY, a Philadelphia Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Philadelphia, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Philadelphia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Philadelphia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Philadelphia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Philadelphia paves the way for another one to be saved.
