Jackie Jackson is a 3-year-old neutered male Chihuahua weighing 10 pounds. He came to us as a surrender from someone who got him from a couple who split up and the girl moved to somewhere not permitting dogs and the man didn't want him. The person who took him temporarily works two jobs and is unable to care for him properly. Jackie is a great little dog, he's very friendly and loveable.
