Simon's Story...
Simon was rescued by Pit Crew and was treated for Demodex, a skin condition that makes dogs lose their fur. Simon now has all of his fur back and is a complete love bug! He is more than willing to please his owner and is a very smart boy. Simon has shown us that he is wonderufl with other dogs whether they are foster siblings or new doggy friends! Simon likes to chase cats, but is easily redirected when he is called back. He loves to go for walks and loves taking trips to the river! Simon has been around kids and other adults and has been nothing but friendly and loving. Simon learns very quikly and is potty trained and crate trained. He has been doing wonderufl with his obedience training while in foster care as well.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simon, a Sacramento Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
