aby, is a 13 yr old gentleman Chihuahua.
He's laid back and calm, doesn't bark much -except to let his foster mom know when
he wants to come back into the house :)
Baby doesn't like thunder, but is ok if he is near you or another dog.
He eats really well and absolutely loves his Teenie Greenie.
Baby goes outside to "do his business", but will use a potty pad
if you need to be gone longer than usual. He is comfortable around
all sizes of dogs, but does prefer it when they are calm -after all,
it's easy to smoosh a 7lb little man.
Baby gives kisses, loves to snuggle next to you on the couch- and be sure to have
a blanket handy - he will cover himself if he is cold.
He doesn't like to sleep alone, so be prepared to have him join you in bed -
unless you can convince him sleep in a dog bed :)
Baby came to our group with his daughter, Dolly (who has been adopted), after
their human mom and dad both passed away within weeks of each other.
He was on heart medicine when he arrived, for congestive heart failure.
However, after his vet visit, it was discovered that he has a heart murmur, but
probably does not have congestive heart failure! Baby has been neutered and
had his dental (kept ALL his teeth). We are in the process of figuring out
if he needs heart medication.
Baby is a wonderful little man. He everyone, but does have a soft
spot for men. Baby would love to have a human daddy again.
