BEBE's Story...
This is Bebe. She is almost a year old and weighs about 60 pounds. She looks like her mother who is a Black Lab, but her father is a Collie, as you can see by her long nose. Her owners had to move and needed to find a place for these babies to go. She's very sweet and lively. This poor girl has spent her whole life in a kennel! BeBe is a little timid around stranger but warms up quickly. Volunteers have been walking her almost daily and she's now very friendly with them and does pretty well on the leash. She has been fully vetted and is ready to find a forever home. Bebe is an HHS dog. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BEBE, a Allentown Labrador Retriever/Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Collie for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Collie dog from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
