Buck's Story...
Buck is a gentle giant! He is all puppy, and weighing in at 55 pounds at 6 months of age, we expect this boy to end up around 100 pounds!

Don’t let his size scare you, he has a heart that will surely outweigh his weight. He is all sweetness! He is amazing with other dogs and acts like he has never met a stranger. He is great with people too. Even though he is big, we think he could make a wonderful family pet. He is looking for a family who will teach him all the basics like house training, walking on leash and all his good manners. Buck can’t wait to meet you! Don’t miss out on this fantastic boy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buck, a Smyrna Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees for sale in Smyrna, or seeking a Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in Smyrna.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Smyrna already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Smyrna breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Smyrna paves the way for another one to be saved.
