My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adopted 5-19-13; unavailable. Original bio below:

Lizzie is an adorable, feminine 4 year old, 6.25 lb pure-bred Yorkshire Terrier female. She's a sweet, gentle, loving, & good little Yorkie. Lizzie is spayed, fully vaccinated, dewormed, groomed, & just had a dental by our vet. Lizzie was surrendered by her owners who are no longer able to care for her. She had lived with 2 other small dogs. She can be dominant of other female dogs but does fine with males. If you have a small female dog, they would need to meet & spend some time together to see how they are with each other. Lizzie is 100% potty trained (outdoors & piddle pad); she hasn't had a single accident in her foster home. She needs an all adult home or adults with older children (12 years & up who have small dog experience & know how to properly treat them). NO children under 12 years; she doesn't like younger children & barks at them. She also needs at least 1 other small, male K9 friend (3-6 years old & not more than 9-10 lbs) in her permanent home. If you have the kind of home Lizzie needs, please email us for an adoption application at 1yorkiesrescue@gmail.com. Her adoption donation is $500. Thank you for choosing to adopt & save the life of a homeless dog!
