Lucille's Story...
Lucille is one of those under the radar kind of girls. She is your basic brown bag Boxer (mix) which a sweet and loving personality. She walks nicely on a leash and knows her basic commands. She looks to be someone’s loved pet in the past. Her future is what counts and she would be wonderful for any family or individual who is looking for a calm companion. She is the perfect age to have life experience with good house skills and still lots of get up and go. Lucille is good with good dogs. If a dog comes on too strong she, like most, does not like that. People can come on as strong as they like; the more love and affection she gets, the better.Great family dog. Please give this girl a chance to show her love to you. Contact adalovesdogs@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucille, a Sherman Boxer/Foxhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Foxhound for sale in Sherman, or seeking a Boxer/Foxhound dog from a breeder in Sherman.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sherman already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sherman breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Foxhound breeders who help with Boxer/Foxhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sherman paves the way for another one to be saved.
