Meet Bella! She is a 1 ½ year old, female Chihuahua/Italian Greyhound mix who weighs 7-8 lbs. Bella was rescued from the Redlands shelter but was pregnant so we have had her in our rescue for a few months while she raised her litter. Bella struck me as such a tender hearted loving dog. When I met her at the shelter she quietly crawled into my lap and seemed to be pleading for me to help her and her unborn pups. I had no intention of taking a pregnant dog that day but Bella won me over with her award winning temperament.
Bella is a mild mannered, polite and very well behaved. Her nature is sweet and gentle. Her house manners are superb. She does not cause any trouble or chew things she is not supposed to and she is not a barker. She loves to be near her people and will follow you from room to room but she is not needy or anxious when she needs to stay on her own. She is just agreeable and easy going. She likes to go for walks too. When in the car she sits politely in her doggie car seat and wonders where we are going. Bella is housebroken and will also use a piddle pad if she does not have access to outside.
Bella gets along well with other dogs. She currently lives with both big and small dogs in her foster home. I feel that she would be equally suited as an only dog or with another canine. Bella is such a sweet deserving little dog who is now looking for a family of her own to love and to be loved by.
Bella is spayed, micro chipped, rabies, dewormed and up to date on her vaccinations. If you would like to meet Bella please contact Theresa at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 951 852-7999.
